We specialize in floral design for intimate weddings, elopements, and other events in the Pittsburgh area. Our floral services are designed for maximum flexibility. We believe that the most important aspect of any wedding is who you share it with, but flowers are a close second! Our clients value authenticity and intentionality. They appreciate seasonality and the ephemeral beauty that local flowers offer.

Our a-la-carte services are designed to give you the most flexibility for your event. We understand that not every wedding is a big production. Nor should they be. Each wedding is unique and has different needs. In recent years, small events and intimate weddings are becoming more and more common. We hope to serve those who are opting to have smaller events but still want flowers.
Your wedding should reflect who you are as a couple. That might mean you just want a flower crown and boutonniere or just a bridal bouquet. Or you might want a full service wedding . For that reason, we operate as an a-la-carte business.
We can work with your budget to make something special! The key is flexibility and trust. There is no minimum for pick-up services. There is a $1800 minimum for floral design services that require delivery and set-up.

Interested in working with Aceae Flowers ? The first step is to fill out the Event Inquiry form below. We'll get back to you within 48 hours with a questionnaire for you to fill out. Please provide as much information as you can but don't worry if you don't have all the details ironed out just yet!
The questionnaire helps us get a good idea of what you're looking for and will help us make sure we're the right fit for bringing your vision to life!
After the questionnaire is returned, we'll then set up a time for an over the phone consultation. We'll use this information gathered to craft you with a personalized proposal and a quote. We can also work with you if you aren't sure what you're looking for or what all you'll need.
To book with us, we require a 10% deposit to reserve your date. The deposit is non-refundable but counts towards your overall cost. We'll then sign a contract and set up a payment plan. Your date is not secured until you've put the deposit down and signed a contract.
